We have been looking at how we can improve access to our Practice services and would like to invite you to contact us via an Online Consultation
This is a new service where you can:
Submit an Administrative Enquiry such as :
- Request a Doctor’s letter or continuation of Fit/Sick Notes (med 3)
- Chase the status/ updates of any oustanding referrals
- Request your Repeat Prescription (or an Acute Prescription that you have had before)
- Chase your Test Results
You can also submit a non-urgent Medical Enquiry:
- Access general medical advice
- Request a routine appointment for yourself or someone else
No formal ‘sign-up’ * or download is required and you can quickly complete the request securely online through most devices. It will be actioned rapidly by the practice team and you will be kept up to date of developments via text or phone call.
Please note this is NOT for urgent problems as it can take 24-48hr to process online requests. For ALL same-day appointments, we ask that you contact the practice in the usual way or consider 111 or 999 if appropriate.
